- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
Instructions

- 2Season the chicken well with salt and black pepper.
- 3Heat a wide skillet over medium-high heat, then add one tablespoon of butter.
- 4Add the chicken pieces to the skillet in a single layer and leave them undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until they turn golden.
- 5Flip the chicken and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked, then remove it to a side plate.
- 6In the same skillet, reduce the heat and add the remaining butter.
- 7Add the minced garlic and sauté for just 30 seconds until fragrant (be careful not to let it burn).
- 8Return the chicken to the skillet, and add the lemon juice and fresh parsley.
- 9Toss the ingredients together for one minute until the chicken is coated in the sauce, then serve hot.
Chef's Tips
- •For very tender chicken, ensure you don't overcook it; small chicken pieces cook very quickly.
- •You can add a pinch of chili flakes with the garlic if you prefer a spicy touch.
- •Serve the dish with white rice or mashed potatoes to enjoy the delicious butter sauce left in the pan.
