- 150 g Strawberry (about 1 cup)
- 1 medium Banana
- 240 g Yoghurt (about 1 cup)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 0.5 tsp Cardamom Powder

- 4Blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth, frothy, and uniform in color.
