- 100 g Cheese (e.g. gouda or cheddar) (about 1 cup grated or cubed)
- 50 g Ham (about 4 slices)
- 500 g Frozen fries (half a large bag)
- 400 g Frozen vegetables (e.g. carrots, peas, corn) (1 medium bag)

- 2Cut the cheese and ham into small cubes.
- 3Tear off small portions of the prepared ground meat and form them into flat patties. Place a bit of cheese and ham in the center of each, then seal the edges tightly, forming round meatballs.
- 4In a large bowl, gently mix the frozen fries and frozen vegetables with the olive oil.
- 5Transfer the meatballs, fries, and vegetables to the Air Fryer basket (if the basket is small, bake in two batches so the food can get crispy).
- 6Bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the meatballs are fully cooked and the fries are golden brown.
- 7Wash and dice the tomato into small cubes.
- 8Serve the hot dish on plates and sprinkle with fresh tomato, which will add wonderful color and freshness.
