  • 60 g Carrots (1 medium carrot, chopped)
  • 75 g Strawberry (about 5-6 medium berries)
  • 75 g Frozen Blueberries (about 1/2 cup)
  • 5 g Mint (about 6 leaves)
  • 10 g Green Onions (1 small stalk)
  • 60 g Yoghurt (about 1/4 cup)
  • 120 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions

    Remove the green leafy tops from the strawberry. Trim the root end off the green onions and roughly chop. Peel and roughly chop the carrots into smaller pieces so they blend easily.
