This delicious chocolate oatmeal pear cake is a real find for those looking for a tasty yet healthy dessert that won't harm your figure. Have you ever dreamed of pastries that offer a full range of flavors while being an ideal source of healthy fiber to support digestion? This chocolate oatmeal pear cake handles that task 100%! It's based on nutritious oatmeal and whole grain flour, which provide long-lasting satiety. A ripe banana provides natural sweetness, allowing you to completely skip added sugar, while a generous portion of cocoa makes the texture truly velvety. We add a firm, juicy pear that becomes tender and melts in your mouth during baking, contrasting perfectly with crunchy walnuts and pieces of dark chocolate. Psyllium in this recipe works as a binder, improving the texture of the dough and making it more fluffy and moist. Making this chocolate oatmeal pear cake is a pleasure, as the process takes minimal active time, and the chocolate aroma during baking will fill your kitchen with incredible coziness and warmth. Be sure to try serving a slice of this cake with a spoonful of cool Greek yogurt — this combination will give you true gastronomic delight, whether it's a morning breakfast with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or a slow evening tea with the family. Enjoy every bite without the slightest hint of guilt, because this is not just a pastry, but a real charge of benefit and energy for the whole day!

- •If you don't have apple cider vinegar, you can neutralize the soda with regular lemon juice in the same proportion.
