- 50 g Popcorn Kernels (about ¼ cup)
- 15 ml Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 0.5 tsp Sea Salt

- 1Place a large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and drop in 3 or 4 popcorn kernels.
- 2Cover the pot and wait. Once you hear those test popcorn kernels pop, the oil is at the perfect temperature.
- 3Remove the pot from the heat, pour in the remaining popcorn kernels in an even layer, and cover again. Let it sit off the heat for 30 seconds to allow all the kernels to reach the same temperature so they pop at the same time.
- 4Return the pot to the heat. Once the vigorous popping begins, gently shake the pot back and forth over the burner to prevent the bottom kernels from burning.
