- 350 g Cleaned shrimp (about 20 medium pieces)
- 2 medium Zucchini (sliced into rounds or strips)
- 100 g Fresh spinach leaves (about 4 cups, loosely packed)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 clove Minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp Sea salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 12 oz Cleaned shrimp (about 20 medium shrimp)
- 2 medium Zucchini (sliced into rounds or strips)
- 4 cup Fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 clove Minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp Sea salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- 1In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the garlic for half a minute until fragrant.
- 2Add the shrimp and season with sea salt and black pepper. Stir for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through, then remove from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
- 3In the same skillet, add the zucchini slices and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly softened and lightly browned.
- 4Add the fresh spinach leaves and stir quickly for just one minute until wilted.
