A set of three instant and impressive snacks: caprese skewers, salmon rolls, and classic bruschetta. Perfect for any home party!

Hosting a home party doesn't have to mean spending hours in the kitchen. This Trio of Quick Party Appetizers is an absolute lifesaver for any host who wants to serve guests something delicious, impressive, and diverse without losing precious time that could be spent chatting with friends. Preparing snacks is often the most stressful part of any gathering, but with the right plan, everything becomes much simpler. Our Trio of Quick Party Appetizers consists of three classic flavors loved by absolutely everyone. The first suggestion is charming and incredibly colorful caprese skewers. The combination of sweet, firm cherry tomatoes, delicate mozzarella, and fresh basil with a drizzle of thick balsamic glaze is a true Italian classic that always disappears from plates first. The second option is elegant tortilla rolls with velvety cream cheese and savory smoked salmon. They are extremely simple to make, and when sliced, they look almost like gourmet sushi on a platter. The third and final snack that perfectly completes our Trio of Quick Party Appetizers is crispy bruschetta. A toasted baguette rubbed with a fresh clove of garlic, topped with juicy tomatoes and drizzled with high-quality olive oil, is the quintessence of Mediterranean summer flavor. These three simple and quick recipes guarantee that your party table will look rich and appetizing, and you'll be ready for your guests without breaking a sweat. The key to success is using fresh ingredients. I guarantee your friends will be delighted!

Ingredients

  • 350 g Cherry tomatoes (about 2.5 cups)
  • 150 g Mini mozzarella balls (1 package)
  • 1 handful Fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 2 pcs Tortilla wraps
  • 150 g Cream cheese (about 0.5 cup)
  • 100 g Smoked salmon slices
  • 1 pc French baguette
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1
Prepare the bruschetta: Slice the baguette into diagonal pieces and toast in a toaster, oven, or dry pan until golden brown.
  2. 2
Cut one garlic clove in half and rub it over the hot toasts. Cut half of the cherry tomatoes into small cubes, mix with the finely chopped second garlic clove, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Top the toasted baguette with the mixture.
  3. 3
Prepare the salmon rolls: Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla. Place the smoked salmon slices flat on top.
  4. 4
Roll the tortillas into very tight logs. Slice crosswise into small rounds (rolls) about 2 cm thick. If needed, secure them with toothpicks.
  5. 5
Prepare the caprese skewers: On small toothpicks, thread alternately: the remaining whole cherry tomatoes, a fresh basil leaf, and a mini mozzarella ball.
  6. 6
Arrange the skewers on a plate and just before serving, gently drizzle with thick balsamic glaze.
  7. 7
Arrange all three types of snacks on a large platter and serve to guests immediately.

Chef's Tips

  • •To help the tortilla rolls hold their shape better, you can wrap them in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before slicing.
  • •It's worth removing the seeds and excess juice from the tomatoes for the bruschetta so the toasts stay crispy for longer.
